The Australian motoring organisations have established Australian Motoring Services Pty Ltd, to coordinate the clubs joint national commerical activities across a range of areas including tourism services, guide publishing and roadside assistance services to the wholesale market.

The Company will be used as the basis for further national commercial activities as required.

The Company owns the existing trading operations of AAA Tourism Pty Ltd and Assist Australia Pty Ltd. The companies will continue to focus on providing outstanding customer services to their clients.
